Dynamic Media Company is seeking a smart, well-spoken, responsible, motivated, and well mannered receptionist to handle office, secretarial, and receptionist tasks. Position is full-time M-F 9-6.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties. You must be able to adhere to the professional dress code standards.
Qualifications include good typing and communication skills, prior receptionist experience, excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, ability to answer telephones in a polite and professional manner, being responsible and reliable, and a willingness to lean. Prior modeling experience a plus. A recent photo is not mandatory but appreciated.
